HOLLONG : Tourism in West Bengal is rich with its picturesque sightseeing  in Dooars region. Attractions at Hollong: Vacation at Hollong will remain incomplete if we miss visiting Jaldapara Wildlife Sanctuary. This wildlife sanctuary is wealthy of various wild animals as Bison, Pythons, Elephants, porcupine and many more.

Chilapata Forest: This intensive forest, situated at a distance of 20 km from Hollong and heading towards Cooch Behar.Other than the intensive forest there is another main attraction is the Fort made by NAL King. Chilapata Forest is mainly famous for wild leopards and elephants.

 Totapara Village: Dooars is mainly dwelling of various tribes. One of them is TOTO tribe, the oldest tribe in West Bengal. This village is situated at a distance of 22 kms from Madarihat. So, from Hollong we can easily take a short trip to Totapara village and can have an experience of a tribal village.

Lodges and Hotels at Hollong : At Hollong we can spent some of ours good time in Tourist Lodge. This tourist lodge is at Jaldapara National Park. It can be stated as one of the best jungle tourist lodge in West Bengal.Another is Jaldapara Eco Village Resort. This resort is situated very close to Jaldapara National Park.

How to reach Hollong : The nearest airport is Bagdogra and flights are available from all parts of India. Also some international flights reach directly to Bagdogra airport. It will take just 2 hrs from Bagdogra to Hollong. By Rail travels can reach directly to jalpaigudi and from there it will take just 1 hr to reach Hollong.
